An alert has been issued by the Howard County Police Department as they seek the public's assistance in locating a 44-year-old man who has been missing for weeks.
Concerns are mounting for the loved ones of Gregory Green, who was last seen in the 8600 block of Saddleback Place on Monday, April 29 walking away on foot following an argument with a family member.
He was first reported missing to police on Thursday, May 2 after they were unable to locate or contact him. Since then, the department has been "extensively investigating his whereabouts," but have been unable to locate him.
According to the department, Green has ties to Adelphi and Hyattsville, is without his vehicle, and his cell phone is not in service.
"Police are concerned for his well-being because of the length of time he has been missing," they said.
Green was described as being 6-foot-1, weighing approximately 200 pounds and is missing his left eye. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, black sweatpants, and white sneakers.
Anyone with information regarding Green or his whereabouts has been asked to contact 911.
